Purpose and function:

It has good miscibility with most organic solvents, good permeability, coupling and excellent dispersing ability. It can improve the mechanical properties of the composite, such as increasing the strength and toughness, especially the wet properties of the composite. In the artificial quartz stone, silane coupling agent can enhance the bond strength of quartz powder, quartz sand, glass sand and unsaturated resin, improve the dispersion, fluidity of filler and the composite with resin, improve the bending strength and elastic modulus of artificial stone, and improve the dry and wet strength of stone. It can enhance the coupling and dispersing power of the filler in the resin system, and has the properties of water resistance, pollution resistance and moisture resistance.

Usage and dosage:

There are two ways to add artificial quartz and granite:

1. Directly add it to the resin to disperse evenly;

2. Dilute with diluent (toluene, methanol, styrene, etc.) and spray evenly in the filler.

The dosage of lt-575 is 0.5-1.5% of the resin dosage.
